The Chapter’s Fall Party theme was a  “Pajama Party”.

Monday was arrival and registration day.  Monday evening our entertainment was “The Mentalist”.  Mary Jane Howe, Larry Boyer and Theresa Mowery are still wondering how!!  Tuesday was our Miniature Golf morning and those that took part in the activity just had fun rather than taking the game seriously.  Ken Mullen was the top winner with Two-Holes-In-One. Tuesday evening our activity was “The Not So Newly Wed” Game.  We had lots of laughs with the answers of those that have been married for 30+ years.  The afternoon activity for Wednesday was the Trolley Tour of Cape May.  Those that took part in this activity enjoyed it very much seeing the historical homes and buildings in Cape May.  Wednesday evening was our “Theme Night” so those that wanted to, wore their PJams to dinner.  Interesting enough in itself and every one seemed to enjoy the “Pajama Party” including our visiting dinner guests.  Our entertainment for Wednesday was Deb Wahl Show Tunes & D.J.  Deb has been one of our entertainers for several years and has gotten to know a lot of us; therefore, she blended right in with the fun of the Pajama Party.  Thursday’s activity was a Whale/Dauphin Watching Boat ride.  No whale was cited but they did see several dauphins.  Those that didn’t take part in the tours and spent the afternoons at the pool had the pleasure of taking part in Water Aerobics lead by Mary Jane Howe.  What a work out!!  Thursday evening our entertainment was Karaoke with Keith Smith and his family and we had a special guest entertainer present –  Elvis – made an appearance which was a thrill to all especially the women.  Elvis managed to charm all the women as he always managed to do.  Friday morning was departure day –  and as we all said our goodbye’s for this year, we are already thinking of next year.
